Smaltochimica was born from the intuition of Ivano Piccinini, who in 1977, after graduating in chemistry from the University of Modena, fulfilled his dream of combining a passion for chemistry with entrepreneurial activity.

Smaltochimica begins exporting

The Nonfix line is launched: the first screen-printing mediums that do not require a fixer

1995

Smaltochimica goes international with Gardenia Quimica

1997

The Rollfix line for silicone roller decoration is launched

2000

Market launch of multimedia vehicles for tintometric systems

2008

Opening of Smaltochimica Polska in Poland and Smaltochimica Kimya in Turkey

2012

ISO 14001 environmental certification obtained

2013

Smaltochimica enters the market of sanitary chemical products with complete solutions for digital decoration

2018

The Digicol digital glues family is born

2019

Launch of Digicol Next, a low environmental impact digital glue

Production and trade of hand gels and sanitisers
