Digicol is the most complete range of glues for inkjet application available for ceramic. All products are designed to maximize the adhesion power.

Digicol glues can be used in dedicated stand-alone machines, which integrate the deposition of the glue and the application of the solid phase in a single equipment, as well as in standard printers, which require the use of an external grit applicator.

All Digicol products are suitable for the majority of the printers used in ceramics and show excellent compatibility with the commonly-used printheads.

Digicol Plus glues are suitable for every type of printing head, they feature excellent performance and tremendous ease of use in production. DIGICOL PURE

The exclusive formulation of Digicol Pure digital glues is designed to reduce organic carbon emissions. Thanks to the reduction in the development of aldehydes and other odorous components during firing, they improve the impact of the productive process on the environment and decrease the bad smells caused by ceramic combustion.

Digicol Pure glues are suitable for most types of digital printing machines and compatible with the majority of the inks, they do not require particular changes to the productive lines. Available in glossy and matt texture, they allow for tremendous flexibility in the development of increasingly rich and refined graphic projects.

DIGICOL NEXT

The innovative water-based digital glues of the Digicol Next series significantly reduce all parameters commonly detected in environmental monitoring, including odour-emissions.
They guarantee excellent application performance, both for full-field and for detailed graphics. They show compatibility with the most commonly used inks available on the market, and allow the development of rich, materic, high quality product. They empower the adhesion of high quantities of grit, making them suitable for the production of polished surfaces.
