TEMPORARY BODY BINDERS SMALTOTEN
Solidity and resistance
The temporary body binders from the Smaltoten range significantly enhance the performance of ceramic products before firing, improving mechanical strength, flexibility, and impact resistance. They are ideal for tiles made using both traditional pressing, regardless of size, and large slabs.
These products reduce waste in the green and dried stages, increasing resistance to stress during processing. Easy to disperse in ceramic slips, they do not alter viscosity and are available in eco-friendly versions sulfur-free or with low carbon content.
FOR DURABLE AND FLEXIBLE CERAMIC PRODUCTS
The Smaltoten range includes powder versions for direct use during milling and liquid formulations for additions in tanks or in the slurry pipe-lines to the spray drier.
