Deaerating agents
Eliminate any forms of air retention encountered during application, whether superficial or microbubbles trapped within the liquid ceramic slip. Various formulations are available to suit different glazing techniques, from airless and discs to the ones specifically developed for vela and bell, ensuring seamless processes.
Leveling agents
Added directly to glazes on production lines, reduce surface tension in the long term, improving homogeneity and finishing during the glazing, while preventing defects such as dimples, smudges, or "orange peel" textures. Easily mixable with liquid glazes, they do not alter rheological behaviour. They are available in highly efficient versions for airless and discs applications and milder formulations for bell and vela.
Digilevel
Enhance graphic quality and digital printing performance by regulating surface tension, ensuring uniform and compact application to prevent water-repellency and condensation during the process. The primers prepare surfaces for inkjet decoration, while the additives can be mixed with top glazes.
