Surfactants
Zerofoam defoamers can dissolve all types of foam produced during the applicative mechanical stress thanks to their high deaerating power. They can be used either with aqueous systems or screen-printing pastes, avoiding any water repellence issues. During the firing they are completely eliminated without leaving residues.
The Level series of levelling agents can be directly dosed into the glaze and into the liquid engobe to reduce surface tension, improve application and avoid defects such as air bubbles, holes, smudges and a “hammered” effect on the surface.

The Digilevel range of products is specifically designed to improve graphic quality and digital printing performance. They allow adjustment of the surface tension and ensure compact and uniform coatings, counteract water repellence and control water condensation phenomena during the application.
Primers prepare the surface for inkjet decoration to the best possible standard, while auxiliary agents can be added to topcoats.
